(Simon and Jodie’s apartment, June 28, 2011)
Our last evening in Havana. We got invited to dinner to our new friend Simon’s house, this is as we waited for him to get home while his wife finished preparing an awesome meal for us.
Thunderstorms were stronger than ever that afternoon and we spent a good hour in complete silence just staring out as the sun set on Havana.
Probably the most reflective moment in the whole trip for all of us.
